With all the media hype around the Canucks next game in Toronto, this game by far may have the feelings of a playoff game. Add on the fact that it is Hockey Day in Canada, this may be the game of the year for Leafs fans. But the question is how will these fans react when they see their former captain with an Orca on his chest rather then the Maple Leaf?Mats Sundin - was the face of the franchise for many years in Toronto before he came to the West Coast

With a lot of fans mad at Sundin for not waiving his NTC at last years trade deadline, dont be surprised to hear a chorus of boos from the fans each time Sundin hits the ice or touches the puck. With a notorious history of throwing away picks, similar to the Vancouver Canucks, the Leafs are left with just scraps at this year NHL entry draft. Currently the club only hold a first round pick and then are blank until round 7, which happens on day two of the draft. So look for Burke to be shuffling his roster around and trying to aquire some picks in this years draft and next years as well. And the one thing that bodes well for him at this years deadline is the Matthieu Schneider deal that the Habs had just made earlier this week.
